Thia hotel is very convenient. Its near the airport, seaport, convenience store and others. Hassle free check in. Breakfast was great! Lots of fruits, breads, juices, cereals. I love the gym. It has treadmill, cables, dumbells, leg machine. I would go to the gym but have to rest. Dont expect too much for the tv.

the rooms are small, in need of renovation, the hotel management is so-so. an employee came into our room twice without knocking or warning. there were many mistakes. Truth have made a compliment coffee with cakes. Reception staff is accommodating. good massage therapist. one day missed cleaning. good location.

We spent 3 days in this hotel. Not recommended. Staff very unfriendly, rooms are not really clean and smells humidity, besides the rooms are very loud, you can hear your neighbours very well. Very poor value for money!

This is a great hotel located just a block away from the main shopping street of Ushuaia. They have an in-house bar & restaurant that serves great food. Breakfast is included too. Most rooms have a beautiful view of the Beagle channel. Overall a great hotel.

I recommend this hotel due to its very friendly staff and great location. If you have a room on the side of the bay, the view is excellent and unobstructed. The only reasons why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the breakfast (not great, although the pastry is excellent) and because of the thin walls. At night, you can hear people pass your room and you'll hear any other sound in the hallway too. Nevertheless, the people here are so friendly it doesn't matter too much. Still recommended!

Bugs were literally coming out of the padded thing at the head of the bed... The wife and I had to pull the bed away from the wall because the bugs were falling on us. Other than that, the beds were nice. The bathroom is huge, with a decent sized powerful and warm shower. WiFi is fast and free... The includes breakfast had fresh food, good coffee and was very decent. If we didn't have the bugs this would be a solid 4/5 stay...
